Richard Welton Allen passed away, Saturday October 21, 2023, in American Falls, Idaho.   A visitation will be from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. on Thursday October 26 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center at 111 Church Place in American Falls.  The funeral will follow beginning at 11:00 a.m.   Interment will be at a later date.   A full obituary will be posted when available.
