Karen "Kandy" Pannel

On March 29th to 30th Kandy lost her battle with mental illness and is no longer battling her demons. 

Kandy Pannel was born on April 28th 1961 in Pocatello Idaho.  She was the daughter of Barbara Hidalgo and Jay Mrazek, she attended school in both Aberdeen and Pocatello later receiving her GED.

Kandy enjoyed camping, fishing, darts, hunting, working in her yard, gardening, her many adored pets and was a connoisseur of "certain" herbs.

Kandy is survived by her daughter Stephine Heritage, her grandchildren Richie and Lily Heritage, her siblings Kathy (Jon) Vanek, Tina (Jo) Turner, Lalo Hidalgo, Angie (Dean) Morris and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, Aunts, Uncles and friends.  She is preceded in death by her Parents, grandparents, Husband Vern, and her son.
